Please follow the steps below to ensure that no additional labor is required to set-up your file(s) for print.

File Setup

1. Verify that every page in your set is either
8.5" x 11" or 11" x 17" in size.

Additional labor will be required to convert unusual sizes.

2. Convert all documents to PDF.

To ensure that your document will print the way it appears on screen, please convert your Word and Excel documents to PDF before sending them to us for print. Also, be sure to view the PDF before sending it to us because changes will often take place during the conversion process.
